Stand By Me (SBM) is the new Daikin platform to support end users, technical services and installers. Stand By Me platform, there are two sections dedicated to each user segment, so it is more efficient and easier to use.

Stand by Me will provide information and personalized promotions for installation Altherma / Rotex.

We are aiming to continuously improve the services that Stand By Me platform offers to our customers. In order to provide you a high quality support and establish enhanced communication between you and your service partner, we require you to provide us your contact details and some information about your unit.

By registering your unit, you can access to the living record of your product. You can register your warranty by a simple click.

On the platform Stand by Me (SBM), two specialized platforms for end users and Technical Services Daikin. You can register your product and create an account to access your personalized portal. This is possible either by entering your startup code (given by its Technical Service Daikin) or finding your product through the product catalog online SBM.

If you are already registered, you can simply access via the link on the home page to view and edit your account and the products previously installed.
